Deadline Extension for the 2025 Classical Viennese Festival International
Due to popular request, the Classical Viennese Festival International extends its deadline by 48 hours (Saturday, April 5, 9pm, PST). All Gold and Silver Medal recipients are eligible for $300 tuition waiver from our partner organization in California, the Amici International Music Festival. Aside from medals, and encouraging feedback from our Classical Viennese Festival International judges, the lucky winners who will decide to spend part of their summer in Malibu will be having the opportunity to be coached by the most accomplished and prominent artists of today.

The Amici Summer Festival is thrilled to announce our 2025 Program and warmly invites your students to join us for an unforgettable summer of musical excellence!
Set against the stunning backdrop of Pepperdine University in Malibu, this prestigious international event will run from June 29 to July 12, 2025. It’s the perfect opportunity for young musicians to immerse themselves in a world-class environment for growth, creativity, and performance. The program is open to talented students of piano, violin, viola, cello, and harp.
Participants will have the extraordinary opportunity to study with master teachers and internationally acclaimed performers such as Jean-Yves Thibaudet, the world-renowned concert pianist; Pamela Frank, Professor at the Curtis Institute of Music; Fabio Bidini, Professor at Colburn Conservatory; Glenn Dicterow, Professor at USC and Former Concertmaster of the New York Philharmonic; Henry Gronnier, Chair of Strings at the Colburn School; Nick Canellakis, Curtis Institute of Music faculty; Brinton Smith, Professor at Rice University and Principal Cellist of the Houston Symphony; and JoAnn Turovsky, Professor at USC & Colburn and Harpist for the LA Chamber Orchestra.
